1. Join the Network

   Begin with a professional-network registration.

2. Verify Email with OTP

   Confirm control of your email address using the existing login process. Email verification is not investor qualification.

3. Complete Investor Profile

   Describe your background and interests. Self-reported information alone does not determine eligibility.

4. Administrator Account Review

   Account review is separate from any issuer decision about securities participation.

5. Develop Genuine Professional Relationships

   Build meaningful dialogue and understanding; registration alone does not establish a substantive relationship.

6. Substantive Relationship Assessment

   The issuer or appropriately authorized intermediary evaluates relationship substance and timing under applicable requirements. No timer or questionnaire substitutes for this judgment.

7. Issuer-Specific Offering Review

   The responsible issuer evaluates the relevant exemption, disclosures, jurisdiction and recipient eligibility for that particular offering.

8. Authorized Private Project Access

   Offering-specific access requires an affirmative authorization through the existing issuer-specific process. It is never automatically granted by this platform workflow.

9. Independent Due Diligence

   Review relevant documents, management, evidence and risks with your own advisers.

10. Voluntary Investment Decision

    Any participation is your independent, voluntary decision and requires the issuer’s separate process and definitive documents.

No fixed waiting period, questionnaire, profile completion, OTP, GHL tag or self-reported accreditation automatically establishes a qualifying relationship.
